So we photographers face a huge issue with online storage… that of internet bandwidth. When I recently rebuilt my computer that dooms me with my online backup supplier as when you rebuild your system it needs to re-upload all the data associated with that machine or items attached to it. This re-upload is usually massive and with high bandwidth connections these days can destroy your monthly limit as shown below…. Just something for everyone to keep in mind as we all move more items offsite… I know this is not a new topic – but sadly many of us our trying to do the right thing only to be limited by our ISP's. This does not even take into consideration my other normal uses for internet – and this use will abate after the initial upload… but it is something to very much worry about in your backup strategy… View this post on Google+

Are you seeing issues when using Chrome Beta and Google Voice of no Audio playback of messages? It works just fine on IE and my phone etc – but not in Google Chrome – It was working yesterday and now its broken? +Gmail Users? Have you see a huge surge in spam lately? I have been using gmail for years and really felt Google had very much licked my spam issues but in the last several weeks I have been seeing a ton of strange spam emails… So I clicked on all of them and gave them my CC info and they seem to still be coming….. No I did not – but here is an example of what I have been seeing.. have you seen this also? I spam all of them but they are up to 2-3 a day it seems….which is a massive increase when it was usually 1 or none for days at a time… I really hope the integration of so many services is not the root cause of some of this… View this post on Google+
