Today was a fun change of pace…. I got to spend a hour or two with the crew of one of the self driving cars – As some here know I build and equip police, fire and public works vehicles with lighting, siren and speciality equipment. You name it we can build it… Google had some interesting requests for how the Self Driving vehicles interact with Police and fire vehicles. I am glad they called….. Report Receipt Date: MAY 31, 2013 NHTSA Campaign Number: 13V227000 Component(s): FUEL SYSTEM, GASOLINE Potential Number of Units Affected: 390,783 Manufacturer: Ford Motor Company SUMMARY: Ford is recalling certain model year 2013 Explorer, Taurus, Flex, Fusion, Police Interceptor Sedan and Police Interceptor Utility vehicles; and certain model year 2013 Lincoln MKS, MKT, and MKZ vehicles. In the affected vehicles, the fuel delivery module may develop a crack, allowing fuel to leak. CONSEQUENCE: A fuel leak in the presence of an ignition source may result in a fire. REMEDY: Ford will notify owners, and dealers will replace the fuel delivery module, free of charge. The recall is expected to begin on July 15, 2013. Owners may contact Ford Motor Company Customer Relationship Center at 1-866-436-7332. Ford's recall campaign number is 13S04. Many never care about the how behind the shot.. We need to start to care more… Because patience and skill are part of being a pro and many today feel these items are no longer needed in the pursuit of truly pro level images.. Anyone can take a photo not many have the patience or ability to make truly insane photos… Too include me who is just not patient enough most of the time..
