I used to enjoy watching them when they came into RAF Upper Heyford, especially the German airforce. When they landed they both touched the runway together, they deployed their chutes, taxied and stopped together. It was the same when they took of as well , lovely to watch.

It's a phantom menace
Just a guess, but I'm thinking that's one of the remoted target phantoms, or a QF-4. Could explain the paint scheme.
I repaired the Air force ones.
