Can anybody tell me if this wing design dampens the aircraft noise?
And from what im seeing are the engines mounted to the top wing?
Are they giving the plane vectored thrust?

+Danny Quizon it would go into water or wheels up landing better…
+Hal Kilby probably with the extra wing area I would say it might push the plane under the water thank
