    Himalayan Sea Salt…. Pepper… And a bit of McCormicks Monterey Steak… Which is actually quite good…

    Well and trying not to overcook it like everyone seems to do..

    McCormicks makes some decent stuff sometimes, for sure.
    And yeah, hi-heat sear, rest. It does take a bit of knack to judge the right temp to take it off the grill tho
