I use a combination om mnemonics and l33t for all my important passwords. I just have to get better at not reusing them (which unfortunately still means a crib sheet :/
Sorry, but "Comple3xity" is a crap password. The Intel graphic seems to be based purely on time to brute force a password. To protect against brute force, longer is definitely better…
… but attackers also use dictionaries with substitutions and modifications against the dictionary words.
