    Just had my first issue with shipping with Amazon (not their fault),  The original item never got to me. 

    They were quick to fix the problem.  Once I got in touch with support I got a refund quickly.  I then re-ordered the item, and they expedited to next day shipping.  Mad props to Amazon.

    Some companies know what "Customer Service" means and do it real well. Amazon is definitely one of them.
