    If you ever wander through Kansas City, hit Oklahoma Joe's and/or Fiorella's Jack Stack. I would put their BBQ (especially burnt ends) against any in the country. Fiorella's ships anywhere in the country so you can get there ribs even if you don't ever wander through KC. Man, guess I know where I have to go for lunch tomorrow….sigh….

  17. buildup of acid in the stomach that causes intense pain (hence burn) just below the point your bottom ribs meet. Not related to the heart thankfully 🙂
