Running WordPress? Are you a photographer? You might want to take a look at this new release from Graph Paper Plus – I have not tried it yet and am not sure of the quality of the printers used but it does seem like a plug and play solution for wordpress that might be what some need to solve the issue of selling images…

Seems like an interesting solution if it all checks out…

Photo Reprints is an extension for Sell Media, a free plugin that allows you to sell, license and protect images, videos, audio files and pdf's from your WordPress site.

Here are the details on:

Sell Media – http://graphpaperpress.com/plugins/sell-media/

Do you want to build your own stock photography website where you keep all of the sales revenue? Do you want to protect your high resolution images from thieves? Do you want to monetize your blog?

Sell Media is a new WordPress plugin that allows you to sell, license and protect images, videos, audio files and PDF’s directly from your website. You can now run your entire business directly out of WordPress without the need for expensive and confusing third party systems.

I was looking into it and I think they leave the print lab up to you, you just configure the sizes and products to match whatever lab you use.  Smugmug is a fantastic image hosting site but has limited (but excellent)  print labs. PhotShelter on the other hand, gives you  a choice of print labs or what they call self fulfillment where you can use whatever lab you choose, Great for areas out of the US.

+Ron Clifford That is good news – I have to dig into it more.. that said I cannot use most of the services out there becase they do not support and "adult" related content thus some of the photos I take are not "supported" and you cannot even search for them or they are flagged in those systems..

This might be a better way for me to get my work out there.. and I am not opposed to doing my own work / hosting etc..

I believe this allows for digital downloads also which is also interesting…
