well I know here in CA – DMV is not chock full of the most up to date employees – mush like TSA wondering what electronics are I assume some of these urban dictionary terms go right over their heads…
CA DMV is losing some huge amount of money per year on personalized plate registrations because they refuse to update their computer system to bill them properly…
Only in government would they refuse to update a computer system because it would make them money…

no I do not.. I gave up on them when the price went through the roof.. the vehicle I drive already costs me 1200 a year in fee's because its a truck..they need to give me a plate for free mnybgs or ochmybutt
How did that get by the DMV?! I saw a California plate a few months ago that said GOT KUSH. I snapped a pic, too.

Oh gosh, I remember the huge California DMV computer debacle of the 90's! Probably a little gun shy since then?
