+Brent Burzycki  I like this version better. This one I am captured by her eyes while in the other version the effects grab my attention first.

+Elkyn Orellana thanks… it is interesting the response to each.. I find it interesting as to why people like each version and am just trying to better understand the why and the reasons…

Some many reasons why to like to dislike an image and all the subtle items that might trigger an emotion…

I like more this b&w version, but I would have contrasted it a bit more.

I was having some strange issues with the face on this shot. I think some control point selective editing should be done if I re edit it…

I agree with +Elkyn Orellana.  The eyes and the shape of her chin draw me in with the b&w version. And I agree that the face could use a little something.  But once I noticed it, the position of the index finger on the left hand — a model gang sign? — started bothering me.  But trust me.  The finger was one of the LAST things I noticed in this photo!  Nice work, +Brent Burzycki

+Stephen Berlin ha – the first time I edited this shot I thought she was flipping me off…. which is very possible…

That's funny what +Stephen Berlin said about the index finger. I noticed it too, but let it go.

+Brent Burzycki I do agree with you on how people can see an image differently. That has helped me to grow as a photographer, and one reason why I finally joined G+. I am able to share my work with more people, and get there point of view.
