Why Ford is dumping Microsoft
Balky electronics powered by Microsoft have become Ford’s biggest problem.
Blackberry has never really made devices. From the start – Push – they made connectivity. Devices made that possible. Even the Early Palms came with SW that would tie into BB servers. It makes some sense, really, and this sort of thing could save BB.
Is it worth saving BB?
I figure if they can reinvent themselves, more power to them. I mean, WebOS isn't dead either – LG plans to leverage that for their next-gen Smart TVs and some other appliances.

It seems innovate to get acquired is what most do… I guess I cannot complain much about that..
Not really. Some of them do try and ride the wave as long as they can and sell before they cant stay at the front though
