    I'm jealous.

IIRC the iPad has a 20% larger battery than the Nexus 10. This is pretty damn good battery life in comparison IMO

The 4.2 jellybean is awesome. I'm running it in my gnex.

No self-reboot issues? It is driving me mad, almost thinking to return it, but looks like a software issue.

Yes I am having reboot issues but I am having those on two nexus devices now with the latest update…. I think it might have to do with bad apps… But cannot tell as there is no way to get a crash report

Get logcat from the market thst will read what's going on. As far as reboots my nexus 7 has done it a couple times i thought it totally died the other day it wouldn't boot back up but i guess there's a protector built in if that happens you have to hold the power button down for thirty seconds. It'll happen if you let it completely drain the battery to.

Tried with adb logcat, nothing special in the logs that helps…

Are you rooted and unlocked thru adk? And are you on the stock rom or a custom one?

  10. Davide Cassenti 19 Nov 2012 Reply

    Stock, not rooted, not unlocked.

Ah. Ok then it's the typical bug you have to wait fit the nexus update to get a fix on the issue. Other than that you're best bet is to unlock and root it and flash a custom rom that usually is the best bet.

Don't really want a custom image. I prefer them to fix the bugs.

You'll be waiting a looooong time. That's why as soon as i get a brand new phone i unlock, root and flash a custom rom. I can't deal with the bugs and wait for an update in 6 months.

If your interested in reading about learning to root and unlock your tablet or phone go to xda website and read the forums. It's not as hard as it sounds.

Well I used to use a stock rom long ago, but since Android 4 I prefer the stock. I got a new device, I'd like it to work as it should… if they do want to do this business right, they should take care of the customers.

They cannot wait too long as it's really going to pass off users…

Pass off brent, or piss off? I gotta know. It could totally change how your comment comes across.
