Has anyone had this issue on a new profile? Where there is no scrapbook folder?

I remember it just being there when I signed up

I think you get the scrapbook album if you have used Picasa in the past.
If you havent then you don't have a scrapbook album

My scrapbook has been gone for about a week but i just thought they got rid of it…my pics went into my private albums

Also, one of the first things I did when I got on Google+ was delete the Scrapbook album
It was just a couple of useless pics I put on Picasa years ago 😛
I do have it, and it is connected to Picasa.
I know many that deleated it… that could be semi problematic…

I think it's really just a connection to Picasa
Which is probably not used in any other way.
There is a great post from +Trey Ratcliff right now talking about a meeting he is having with the Google Team tomorrow – I would hit that post and vote on some possible feature suggestions.. like merging Picassa and G+ services….into one flickr killer…
