    +Mark Dunton no – I have taken to listening to dance music and tapping my foot thou… and if that does not work I am buying a paint shaker to leave it on all day …. I have a pretty active job and it is only 5-8K a day… these people must work out or something. 🙂

    Thanks for the mention Brent 🙂 +Brent Burzycki   My secret is I have my treadmill hooked up with a small stand where I put my laptop which is hooked up to a big TV on the wall. I then do most of my photo editing on there while walking. I also do my emails and social media. So I'm on there for a few hours each day rather than sitting at a desk. It's a great way to start the day too 🙂

    I go pretty slow and still 5000 steps per hour. I never fall. After a year of doing this I lost 30 unneeded pounds. 🙂
