The only one thing I find interesting is the fact the door handle is very close to the scorching hot upper edge of the oven door.. not sure why they did not insulate that but at least it's marked so after you burn your knuckles you can say – oh – I should have read that…

I had a panasonic…it was also very good but this one is much more capable…..it is replacing a 4 year old unit…
the breville oven is fantastic- I got one for Christmas last year and I love it. I use it more now than our unreliable Gas oven.
We have one at work and it is AWESOME! It makes GREAT pizza!
