Have you played this game yet? Loved the original.
To a smaller degree we are already dealing with it. Steroids have affected sports, there's laser vision correction, artificial limbs and organs. The last 2 are currently replacements, not enhancements though.

How do you maintain control of what is offered…. Like I can order a supercharger for my car to go faster…. what would keep people from doing crazy modifications…

I try to play a game from one end to the other.. so last year I played two games I think….. and I know what you mean about time… I need a clone… or two that I could trust….but I would want all experiences from all of them routed to me….

Hell yea to robotic legs but no to the head implant. Legs serve one purpose and if you lose them at worst you cant walk, a lobotomy on the other hand comes with a risk to not just your mental faculties.
