Try dilute hydrogen peroxide to remove blue dye from a neutral colored background. Start with a small and discreet location, just in case the experiment fails. Blue dyes often use double and triple bonds which can be chemically broken down. Just like how a drop of bleach will leave a distinct white spot on blue jeans.
Interesting place for the dart board too.
Still need to hang that up…

Sadly its not blue it has yellowed the carpet..the back of the rug is some kind of woven whitish yellow material…and it discolored the carpet..
