Just an experiment with B&W reflections…man you have to be careful with what is around the shiny object you might be shooting.. reflections are everywhere….
+Stephen Berlin thanks… so many details to think about during composition…. much like the modeling shots I do where you try to remember to look at all the details.. I usually find myself lacking the needed attention and time to solve detail related issues…
Exactly. The problem is when I set out to take a picture, I focus (pun intended) on capturing something specific and ignore everything else. So I wind up with a nice shot of a little girl playing in the park….with the old man in the background sitting on the bench picking his nose.
If you have a chance sometime, I'd appreciate your input on some of my photos. I'm an avid amateur looking to improve, and I need constructive criticism. I've learned not to trip over my tripod (most times), but I've got a lot more to learn.
+Stephen Berlin when I get back I will take a look… Also do not forget to tag some shots with #btlcritique and check out the +Behind the Lens: Photo Critique Group
Much more complicated with such a large reflective object. But the result is cool.
