I've never seen this plane. What is it?

Looks like a cargo plane for rough airfields.
Looks like some of the British Aerospace commercial airliners bit with the engines on top.

I bet that plane can really out run others for speed with those engine's and I don't think it would have a very long range due to its fuel consumption great plane thou
