The time is in GMT +Shanti Gilbert. Not sure what the time adjustment is for you where you're located, but that would make it about 9pm my time tonight, if I remember the time difference.

I think it changed +Brent Burzycki, or G+ had a hiccup. When I view it now, it says 10PM EDT, which is correct—I forgot to adjust for daylight savings. When I originally viewed it, however, it said 2AM GMT, which is what I'm guessing +Shanti Gilbert saw as well? It should adjust to your local time.
