Yep I assume you are correct… Maybe they will replace them for free and we can call the quality issue an anomaly

I had that same thing happen to a pair of mine back in the 90s. Sent them in and got a replacement for free if I remember correctly.
+Stanley Nakis if you saying it better than storing that sharpie in another location.. Yes I know what you mean..
My father is an ex-jail guard and he knows better what could possibly be hidden in there 😉 and it's not something to escape from prison… 🙂
