+Frederick Van Johnson Awesome! I find it rather intriguing that your phone had battery issues while your camera survived such an intense workout.
When you get that battery grip for your D7000 you could shoot for days! As for Siri, can't help you there, but the image quality you were getting from the 4S was phenomenal. Definitely making me think about drinking the koolaid now that I've seen it in action.
Get the new ios update and see if the battery issue is better
