I have one in one of my workplaces
+Stanley Nakis ACDC? or just a full size pinball game…
+J. Rae Chip yeh I assume they have got a bit better… I used to put 100's of bucks into them….
One of these days… I wanna buy myself a Pac-Man table.
+Onny Carr ah the beauty of retro gaming..
If you buy this, do let me know. I will visit. You may have a hard time getting rid of me 🙂 I had a pinball machine growing up, and absolutely loved it.
+Brent Burzycki I'm rarely nostalgic about anything. Not my high school years, not my childhood, nothing about "the good old days". The one exception to that is old 8-bit video games.
No a Simpsons one lol
Btw because it's mentioned that it's difficult to maintain I have done this alone and for my experience it only needed some cleaning and some rubber changes cause rubbers go loose after some months
Interesting on the maintenance.. I do maintenance on really complicated devices daily.. I assume I would actually enjoy keeping an older pinball game up and running… like an old car .. I love taking things apart and making them work again..
The real issue I assume is finding parts and if these companies maintain parts for older machines….
You can find anything you want especially if you can in Greece lol
I don't have the money laying around, but I have a friend that restores them. But then he keeps them, I don't think he's ever sold any. :/
For a real ACDC Pinnball there is "Big Balls" missing in the Featurelist 8)
I agree +Brent Burzycki , I have fond memories of Black Knight and High Speed!
I knew the days of pinball were numbered when the cost went from 5 balls for 25¢ to 3 balls for $1. 🙂
+Mike LeBrun I can remember when it was 3 balls for 2 bucks.. there is an art to making a really great pinball game.. black Knight was one of them.. with magnasave..and other cool innovations…. We used to have one at the pizza place I worked at as a kid… we had massive pinball battles once a week – it was a blast.. I will never forget those cool days….
I just want to relive them in my home.. I am jsut not sure I want to spend 3900 on a used Black Knight game….that I am sure I will have to put money into to get working right again…
