No circle here, but I'd be interested.

Please add me. I like the RRS pano gear and own some.

+Brent Burzycki I have a 360 Pano circle that I can share with you.

  5. Chaim Frank 10 Oct 2011 Reply

Please add me to the circle. I have done some pano stuff in the past and am certainly not a pano pro but would love to learn some more about it.

Ok since there is interest – keep posting – share me what you have and i will put it together and add people this evening and share it back out….

I'd be interested. The x100 has an interesting way to shoot pano and I wouldn't mind feedback when I try it. I did it once but I need to work out the speed in my sweep. πŸ˜‰

I do a fair bit of panos. Have a separate Pano album on my website. Can add a Pano album to G+ if interested.

+Brent Burzycki May not be the best time to invest in a gigapan outfit or whatever… I hear Sony's sweep panorama technology is pretty good and getting better.

  10. Jason Dell 10 Oct 2011 Reply

+Brent Burzycki I love doing Panos. Lets get something going. +Tamara Pruessner Thanks for bringing this to my attention.

+Jonathan Liles: i just got a new Nikon compact and the panorama menu is just wickedly good, so I was thinking about the same issue for a moment…

  12. Jason Dell 10 Oct 2011 Reply

Technique is what is most important. I have done most of my panos without any special pano equipment and with low end camera gear.

  13. Zoltan Von Babo 10 Oct 2011 Reply

I remember talking about such a circle from +Charles Lupica. Im on the road so cannot provide any link.

  14. Thomas B 10 Oct 2011 Reply

I've been using AutoStitch and have been getting pretty good results with both DSLR and a point-and-shoot.

    Always happy to learn more…

+Zoltan Babo – I tried to start a panorama list when there was the list craze but no one seemed to be interested.

Here's the link. I'd be more than happy to revive the list. The list is open so you can add yourself. As people are added I'll build a circle and send it out.

http://gpc.fm/l/panorama – simply add yourself. Then if you would tag me in a message.

I just shared a pano circle with +Brent Burzycki I will also publicly share it as well.

  17. Zoltan Von Babo 10 Oct 2011 Reply

+Charles Lupica thank you! I knew it is out there somewhere. πŸ™‚

  18. Charles Lupica 10 Oct 2011 Reply

I sent an invitaion to the people on +Mike Moschitta's list asking them to add their names to the list. I also mention that I will add people myself if they aren't there in a few days and they don't object.

It seems everyone on http://www.gpc.fm has a list so we panorama people need one and thanks for remembering that i started one. I shot a couple of panoramas this afternoon and hope to post one here shortly for mountainn Monday

+Mike Moschitta do all those on your list want to learn about pano or was it more they are were shooting them and you added them? As in should I just add all your circle to mine and we are ok with that or should I merge them all – then do a post to that circle and remove people that do not want to learn more.. I think thats sort of the key to this circle….learning and talking about equipment and techniques.. vs. just sharing panos and not giving anything back to the group….

  20. Mike Moschitta 11 Oct 2011 Reply

+Brent Burzycki the people in that circle are shooting panos, I still haven't time to go through each profile yet but I think that most of them would be a good source of information and be willing to contribute. To me… The "sharing" never stops on G+

  21. Zoltan Von Babo 11 Oct 2011 Reply

+Charles Lupica well done! We should have a +Panoday jiust for us! maybe curated by you if you have the time and if you are interested. Bz;)

  22. Brent Burzycki 11 Oct 2011 Reply

Ok so my circles are full… so here is the deal..

+Mike Moschitta – Can you add the people from this shared circle to your pano circle then share it back to everyone here and post the link here..

Here is the circle to merge: https://plus.google.com/u/0/108542426628002931624/posts/XV72KoMJMbN

Then I will reshare it out…with a blurb about getting added to the circles and lists…..

+Charles Lupica when Mike gets this circle done – I will share it out and include the link to your Pano list….so we can fill that up also….

I think we need a list on http://gpc.fm/l/panorama and we should make one on group.as so instead of making a new one there is a category that +Daniel Treadwell has already setup as it does not seem to have a moderator, I assume he is moderating it…so we can just add ourselves to that list…

    That is located here: http://www.group.as/panoramic+photographers

I'm on it +Brent Burzycki get back to everyone shortly.

+Brent Burzycki +Mike Moschitta the list on gpc is for people who create panoramas. However, I so no harm if someone wants to be bombarded with tech talk. That's part of the reason I opened the list up so that people can add themselves. If they're that keen on panoramas, I want them to see my work.

  31. Brent Burzycki 11 Oct 2011 Reply

+Charles Lupica So its ok for people to sign up or you are not going to approve them? I assume its still being curated? Because I signed up and did not see myself on the list…

  32. Charles Lupica 11 Oct 2011 Reply

The list on GPC shouldn't be curated but I'll check it. 7 people added themselves today so perhaps you did something wrong ?

+Brent Burzycki – I just added you but anyone can add a name by copying the messy google user ID and pasting it in the box. – it should then show the added name in the list. If not, something didn't work correctly
