Hey Chrome Users – Are you seeing the SYNC ERROR if your are syncing bookmarks etc… then when you try to sign in it just hangs?

In China, there is a thing called GFW.It prevents you from using Google's services.Are You in China?

Not sure quite what is going on – its like an update might have changed something…
try it, Enter chrome://flags in omnibox, Disable "Enable syncing search engines" AND Disable "Use OAuth to authenticate Sync operations."

This looks like http://crbug.com/103628, which should be fixed in the next update.
+Tim Steele interesting…… I guess its wait and see….. there is a lastpass issue also where Lastpass cannot find the server then you click on it and it clears up….. I wonder if they are somehow related…
I'm shut out of Chrome sync with infinite spin after entering program-specific password.
Ok so now the Sync error just dissapeared…. must have updated on the backend…. 16.0.912.36 is the version now…
