Ok +Google+ I think we need to fix this Notifications panel closing while typing responses issue. I have lost many replies to posts when the page refreshes..
Sort of hoped it was me but now it seems like there is more of a bug…and I swear that in the past if that did happen it would retain the text types so it was annoying but all your work was not lost…
Anyone else seen this issue… I know +Sandra Parlow has… I assume there are more…
Yeah happens to me from time to time as well.
It happens to me constantly. I did send feedback in about a week ago about it, hoping others will do the same and they will get it fixed. It's a real PITA!
It is rather annoying when it closes if you scroll top the top, or away from the top of the page too.
Happened to me last night! Also while they are at it could they fix whatever causes when you are trying to reply to one post it jumps up a post or two into a different comment box where half the time it would make no sense. Or is it just me? Plus the stream still does not show all the posts and when you refresh with a large number it jumps back in time 2 days after showing a few new posts or is that just me as well?
We need to share it out and send feedback and get everyone too… Then it will be on the radar for things to fix on Monday…..
Is it across all browsers… I know my issues are in Chrome development version… So I assume weird stuff… But it appears it's everywhere…
I am using regular Chrome. Haven't tried any other browsers.
That is why I click the date on the post in the notification to open it in its own tab before replying. I agree that it is terribly annoying.
Same here, I was told that it's an old bug that has reared it's ugly head again. You'd think that if they could fix it once, they could fix it again but it started up again when the new format rolled out.
That's just such a pain to do with every post +Al Steffen !

Who is the current community manager now… So many people have moved around…
THat would be Brian… he's the Photo community manager now.
Is this a photo issue thou….. Or a core issue with the entire experience…. I am sure he might know someone 🙂
