Anyone know what the Blue Flag is on the + 1 Button « This is a massive shame.. at least with storage costing nothing these days I would hope we never see something like this happen again These 3 things make me want a higher salary »
I found one on the side of my stream where the "Resume" button jumps down to after you go up to new posts. Not sure how it relates to the +1 button though.

I believe it's a bookmark in your Stream. It allows you to return to it if you leave your Stream for any reason.
