I have seen both positive and negative posts about it… my stand is get over it … if we stop pushing ourselves we really stop being human…
Some photos I have found across the web.. The only way I can assume these are showing up so far is decent quality rips from the feed.. hopefully they will soon post all the real telemetry and HD images from the craft and his suit…
We shall see….
Austria's Felix Baumgartner earned his place in the history books on Sunday Oct 14 after overcoming concerns with the power for his visor heater that impaired his vision and nearly jeopardized the mission. Baumgartner reached an estimated speed of 1,137 km jumping from the stratosphere, which when certified will make him the first man to break the speed of sound in freefall and set several other records* while delivering valuable data for future space exploration.

Still needs to be certified it seems… I would hope he was wearing many cameras…. My assumption is he did not feel much…
There have been negative posts about this?! WTF people?!
Grow up.
Hopefully we will see a ton more footage…
+Jeremy Davies yep… Like waste of money… Ego trip etc….
I hate people.
Great post +Brent Burzycki very interesting and informative 🙂
Yeah +Jeremy Davies , I guess some people would rather he just sat at a keyboard and ragged on everything ( like they do ) everyone else did. Sheesh!
Ha. +Jeremy Davies. I say "I hate people" all the time while driving. My wife just shakes her head and goes back to texting.
But I think this was phenomenal. But what is even more so was the guy who did it 50 years ago from maybe 25,000 feet lower. FIFTY years ago. Jeez. And I have a hard time jumping out of really tall trucks.
And it seems he kept the free fall record…
+Mike Thompson did you see how many times he tumbled in freefall… that must have been interesting…
